JDRS and CBC Radio’s The Current

Last night, before a packed hall at the University of Winnipeg, I recorded, and was witness to a special edition of CBC Radio’s The Current. Anna Maria Tremonti, the host of the show, led the panel of selected guests and the audience through discussion and some powerful and painful testimony of the issues surrounding murdered and missing indigenous women and girls. The show will air on CBC Radio One Wednesday Dec. 7 at 8:37 am.
