On April 27, this past year. JDRS recorded recorder soloist Lucie Horsch with the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra. A native of the Netherlands, Lucie Horsch is gaining a world-wide reputation for her virtuosic mastery of the recorder.
MCO has just released the video of that concert on their YouTube channel, where Ms. Horsch plays Vivaldi’s Flautino Concerto in C Major (RV 443), with a bit of Bach thrown in for good measure, as an encore. Video is by Ivan Hughes. Please enjoy this performance of Lucie Horsch and the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra.
